Shipping Policy

Velonia Studio uses 3rd party logistics partners. Each have their own delivery timelines.

You can track your order status based on each shipping airway bill number shared via a Shipping eMail sent during the dispatch date. You can track the details via our Dashboard or if you have access to the order eMail along with the Order # you can track via the Track Order link.

All garments listed on the website are made-on-order, thus a minimum of 2 working day is required for the Dispatch.

You can expect delivery anywhere between 2 days to a maxmimum of 30 days (incase of custom orders)

The Dispatch Date is an estimate for the product to be produced for your order. We will send you an email, when we have the order ready for Shipment pickup.

We are not liable for any delay due to Logistics and only liable for the Date of Dispatch.
